- Cancellation needs to be at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, or the cost of the microchip implantation will still be charged.
- If  rearranged within 24 hours a £5 missed visit fee will be incurred due to the late changes.
- If a microchip is found to be present, a £5 visit charge will be incurred instead of the implanting charge. (If over 3 miles travel costs will be added).
- If the pet is of ill health, the pet may not be suitable for implanting the microchip, and a vet referral will be recommended. There will be no charge for this visit if it is within 3 miles. If over 3 miles a travel cost would be appreciated.
